Passion, that word is the key of Danny’s life. At the age of six Danny had his first keyboard lesson and knew he wanted to make music all his life. After finishing successfully his first study, logistic management, his passion for songwriting grown by the years and already written several songs. At his 20th year he had some successes and written songs for Dutch artists including Thomas Berge. That year he made his dream come true and was accepted to the Conservatory in Enschede, where he followed several lessons of Tom Holkenborg aka Junky XL. After his internship at World Vision Studios he still co-wrote with the producer. Together they wrote songs for several international artists. In 2009 the single Bringin' it Down was released in the Netherlands by Pip & Ruud.
In october that same year Danny won the Buma Stemra contest by writing a song for Eva Simons and was one of the 10 finalist. During one week Danny worked with 9 other finalist in Amsterdam with international songwriters including Victoria ‘Lady V’ Horn, Curtis Richardson, Charli Vox, Marcos Kosine Polacios, Bill Padley and Karin Danzig. Danny followed several master classes of Eric Beall, Ralph Murphy and Erik de Zwart. Together they have written 10 songs in 3 days. This week at the Earforce studios Danny didn’t learned how to write songs, but learned how to write damn good songs! "I feel very honored that I wrote songs with these professional songwriters who are responsible for hits we all know. This experience gave me the opportunity to network (inter)national and learned me how to write a damn good song!”
In 2010 Danny graduated at the conservatory and was accepted for the university education: master music. During this study Danny followed several lessons by successful producers and engineers, like Tijmen Zinkhaan and Jay Vandenberg. Besides his music Danny owns DNY | MEDIA since 2009. He offers several services including web design. In 2010 Danny finished a major job for one of Netherlands biggest funeral organizations, Monuta. In 2010 Danny started a website for graphic designers and Small Businesses. Businesses who needs branding products can start a match on EasyBranding.nl. Graphic designers can upload there design to make a chance to win the match and earn money for that.
